This is the text of the report presented in 1930 to the League of Nations by the International Committee established to investigate the ownership of the Wailing Wall in Jerusalem after the Buraq Uprising (1929). The report clearly indicates the Wailing Wall to fall within Islamic jurisdiction, and supports Arab and Muslim rights to the Wall and the adjacent area.
