This research demonstrates the legitimate and legal rights of the ‎ Palestinian people in their homeland, based on international ‎ safeguards and conventions, UN resolutions, and principles of ‎ international law. The author concludes that the legal imperatives ‎ affirming Arab rights in Palestine are firm and unequivocal, but ‎ Israel and World Zionism have been able to flout them and ‎ disregard all international safeguards and guarantees.‎
