This pioneering role undertaken by our cities is a matter of pride. The national scientific mission assumed by present and future generations is also an aspect of pride. Because of this, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth, represented by the literary forum, observes the granting of these cities with care and attention. This is carried out through scientific and cultural symposiums in which the elite scholars and specialized researchers take part. The aim of such activities is to demonstrate the cultural, historical and geographical importance of these cities.
